T series single shaft shredder is suitable for processing bulky and high hardness materials. With strong welded steel construction, sloping pusher and extra large internal volume, a higher throughput and more stable processing can be achieved. The sloping pusher and large interior with access door make maintenance quicker and easier. Wiscon's 4 unique rotor configurations enable increase in throughput by 20%.

Q: Does Wiscon offer installation and after-sales service?
A: In some regions, we have agents/distributors that can offer local support. Techinicans are available to be dispatched abroad to assist installation of Wiscon machines.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: While most of crusher and shredder models are in stock, for those that are not in stock, the lead time is around 25 days. For recycling system, it takes up to 45 days or even 60 days.

Q: How long is the warranty?
A: Equipment or parts (excluding consumable parts) manufactured by Seller which fail to function properly because of defects in material or workmanship within one year from date of delivery date will be repaired or replaced by Seller.

Q: What is our payment term?
A: TT 30% advance payment, TT the remaining balance before shipment. LC at sign, Western Union or Trade Assurance order are also accepted.

Q: How many years have your factory been established?
A: Our factory was established in 2000. We have a dynamic sales team and most of our engineers have worked in this industry for over 14 years.
